The Legendary Third Album by Israel’s Eastern Psychedlic Rock legends Churchill’s, which was their 2nd album under their Jericho moniker, and originally released in 1972, is now available again for RSD 2020!
In 1971, under the name Jericho Jones, The band was already grabbing attention for their genuine sound and writing skills on their A&M Records major label debut “Junkies, Monkeys & Donkeys”. On their self-titled 1973 album, Jericho was taking a few steps further, combining Middle-Eastern melodies and hooks with elements of heavy prog and proto 70’s hard rock that still emphasizes their unique sound and keeps their 3rd and final album highly influnetial for years to come and an all time classic
